We
do not publish rates for the simple reason we want to offer you the best deal...
if a week is not booking we can lower the rate to get it to book, if you're just
a couple we can offer lower rates etc:

Here's a tip... Hard to book weeks are: mid May, last
half of August, all of September up till Thanksgiving week
in November.
Or if you are able to come on a short notice (less than 4
weeks)... I always discount BIG if I have an opening.

Fill out the form below and I will send you
ALL the available dates & rates for each week for ALL the villas
for the whole seasonal timeframe you requested. It's a
lot of info but helps you see discounted weeks and when weeks
are open for checking airfares. I update the list daily. I send
it as a html type email (not plain text.)
Please note that if you do not receive an email
back for me with-in 2 days,
check your "Junk" mail folder.
Some ISP have very strong "spam" filters and even though the
email is
safe it might be blocked by them as
spam, or because the email is coming form a Mexican Server. If you don't hear from me call....if the answering machine is on leave
a message I'm usually right there at my desk and have the
machine on because I'm programming....I'll pick-up.
After you receive our reply to your rate and availability
inquire and have looked over the website and decided to book. Please email us
back your decision and we will email back a Reservation Form with all the
information you will need to make a deposit.
