Villa Karina was built (2003) by one of the customers of Turquoise Water Rentals whom booked on different vacations several of the villas; they fell in love with the area and decided to build their own villa in Puerto Morelos. They took structural aspects from each of the villas they stayed which they liked and added it to their own design creating a truly beautiful and very well laid out villa. Then they went to town and furnished the whole villa in imported Tommy Bahama furniture and linens.
They hated to move back to the states (their son is finishing up collage) they now returns a few times of the year to enjoy their home in Mexico, in the mean time they hope that you enjoy the villa as much as they do.

Beachfront - the pool/patio and surrounding yard is set higher than the beach and is surrounded by a tall privacy walls on each side, and a small wall beachside allowing a view of the beach and ocean.

1st Master Bedroom - ocean view - 2nd floor - with King bed, in suite bathroom with tub and separate shower areas, alarm clock, TV & private balcony over looking the pool.

2nd Master Bedroom - ocean view - 2nd floor - with King bed, in suite bathroom with walk-in shower & private balcony.

3rd Bedroom - ocean side view - 2nd floor - with King bed, in suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a Daybed perfect for a younger child.

NOTE: This villa actually has a 4th bedroom with a double bed and in suite bathroom – it’s located off the laundry room with no view so I do not advertise it – However it is as nicely furnished as the rest of the villa and works well for kids or an adult.
